Aetna’s Medicare Value Plan HMO has a monthly premium of $0.  For primary care visits there is $25 copay when the primary care physician is notified.  For specialist visits there is $35 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam.  There is $200 copay per days 1-5 for inpatient hospital care and $200 copay per outpatient visit.

Aetna’s Medicare Premier Plan HMO has a monthly premium of $60.  For primary care visits there is $0 copay when the primary care physician is notified.  For specialist visits there is $25 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam.  There is $100 copay per days 1-5 for inpatient hospital care and $150 copay per outpatient visit.

Aetna’s PPO Medicare Standard Plan has a monthly premium of $55.  For primary care visits there is $15 copay when the primary care physician is notified.  For specialist visits there is $35 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam.  There is $200 copay per days 1-5 for inpatient hospital care and $200 copay per outpatient visit.

Aetna’s Medicare Premier Plan PPO has a monthly premium of $110.  For primary care visits there is $0 copay when the primary care physician is notified.  For specialist visits there is $25 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam.  There is $100 copay per days 1-5 for inpatient hospital care and $150 copay per outpatient visit.

Aetna Medicare has been a trusted name for over 150 years.  Aetna offers Medicare Advantage, Medicare Rx and Medicare Supplement plans. 

Humana Medicare began marketing health insurance products in 1984.  The monthly premiums for Humana’s plans range from $20-$150. 

Gerber’s Plan F has a monthly premium of $129.71 and is accepted by all doctors who accept Medicare.  Gerber’s Plan G has a monthly premium of $109.16 and is also accepted by doctors who accept Medicare.  Pharmacy is not covered between either of the plans.  Plan F offers basic copay coverage as well as Part A hospital deductible, skilled nursing facility copays, Part B deductible and emergency international coverage.  Plan G offers mostly everything that Plan F offers, except it does not cover the Part B deductible but it includes annual at-home recovery benefits in which Plan F does not offer.
