I had a doctors appointment in a new office the other day. They asked me to come in 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. I came in and as soon as i started filling it out i realized that I couldn’t remember anything about my previous medical history, such as the surgeries underwent and medications i was prescribed in the past to who my doctors were. I can see how beneficial it is to the consumer to own a PHR. Companies not only like Medefile Records would not only benefit people but also save time if ever in a emergency. Doctors would make far less mistakes anytime, or anywhere.

In past years, a second open enrollment period allowed plan holders to switch plans between Jan. 1 and March 31. That open enrollment period has been eliminated. After Jan. 1, plan holders can only drop the Medicare Advantage coverage and switch back to original Medicare. The switch should be made before Feb. 15. … Removal of the 2nd enrollment period is just one of several changes Medicare users will notice the coming year

I’ve been reading about the Raw Food Diet and they have been doing studies on folks with diabetes. Studies did show that within 4 days they were off insulin and within 30 days, pretty much recovered.

It’s what we’re putting into our bodies + artificial stuff leads to—> weight gain=diabetes and other conditions. We need to use what we were given and eat to survive, not survive to eat.
