These Medicare Advantage Plans cover original Medicare (parts A and B) with added benefits.
ConnectiCare also offers VIP OPTION Point-of-Service (HMO-POS) Plans. Medicare Advantage allow the flexibility to seek coverage from a Medicare-approved provider outside of ConnectiCare’s network. Out-of-Network coverage is available for certain services and you should verify with your provider that they will accept ConnectiCare.
