State Assistance Programs

If you cannot afford to pay for your prescription medications, you may qualify for extra help. If you have an income less than $16,245 per year for individuals or $21,855 per year for a married couple. If you qualify for extra help, Medicare will pay for most of your prescription drug costs and you will automatically receive help paying premiums, deductibles, copays for your Medicare prescription drug coverage and you will not have a coverage gap.
