1. Humana Health Insurance

Humana offers four Medicare Plans to Midland, TX.  These are PPO HumanaChoice H4520-021, PPO HumanaChoice R5826-026, PPO HumanaChoice R5826-075, and PPO HumanaChoice R5826-012.  A PPO is a preferred provider organization, which allows you to choose your primary care physician.  These plans can be added to your Medicare Advantage Plan (Medicare Part C).

HumanaChoice H4520-021 has a monthly premium of $70.  There is a $15 co-pay for primary care office visits and a $40 co-pay for specialty visits.  Hospital inpatients have $225 co-pay per day for the first 15 days of their stay.  Hospital outpatients have $100-$150 co-pay per visit, depending on the cost of the visits (usually about 20% of the cost).  Pharmacy, such as prescription drug coverage, is included with this Plan. 

2. Gerber Life Insurance Company

Gerber Life Insurance offers Medicare Supplement Plans A, F, and G.  Medicare Supplement Plan F offers coverage on excess fees of your Medicare Plan. This includes fees you may encounter at doctors visits, such as “out-of-pocket” fees.  It also offers coverage for your Part B deductible.  Foreign travel emergency insurance is on of the many benefits of this plan.  Medicare Supplement Plan F is one of the most popular Medicare Plan.

Medicare Supplement Plan F is offered in your area for a monthly premium of $118.69.  There is $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients.  Pharmacy is not included with this Plan.

3. Mutual of Omaha Medicare

Mutual of Omaha Medicare offers five Medicare Supplement Plans to Midland, TX.  These are Medicare Supplement Plans A, F, G, M, and N.  Medicare Supplement Plan G offers extended coverage on excess charges of your Medicare Plan.  Plan G covers Medicare Part A and Part B co-payments and co-insurance.  However, one must not that Part B deductible is not covered with this Plan.  A skilled nursing facility is one of the many benefits of selecting this Plan.
