Offering a variety of health care plans and specialty products, UniCare’s health, pharmacy, dental, life and disability products are altered to meet any specific needs you may have. Currently they offer health plans like preferred provider organization plans (PPOs), health maintenance organization plans (HMOs), Medicare health maintenance organization plans, as well as dental.

Unicare offers a Private-Fee-for-Service (PFFS) plans for those who are eligible for Medicare. Along with the PFFS plans Unicare also offers Medicare Supplement Plans and Medicare Part D plans. Depending on the plan you chose you can potentially receive complete prescription drug coverage, no referral requirements for network doctors, specialists, or hospitals, and more.

A few benefits offered by the Medicare Rx Rewards Plus are the $25.20 monthly premium and $0 deductible. The out of pocket limit is set at $2,830. Within the prescription plan there is a $7 co-pay for generic prescription drugs, and a $43 co-pay for preferred brand name drugs.
