1. How do I put this on my website?
We have installation instructions. If you have a webmaster, they will be able to easily place this on your
site. If you don’t have a webmaster, we have a website design firm on retainer that we will pay for up to one
hour of installation and other changes.
2. How long does the installation take?
If you have a webmaster, it can be up within minutes. If you need us to help, we will need a
pre-arranged time, but it should only take about 10 minutes once you have your user name and password.
3. What if I’m not licensed?
If you are not a licensed agent, you can refer consumers to us and receive a referral fee. If you are
licensed in one state, but not another, you can keep the traffic you want and send anything else to us for a
referral fee.
4. What is Health Plan One’s motivation?
Health Plan One hopes to earn business as a general agent by distributing our quoting tool to brokers
and affiliates. We hope that if you are satisfied with our service you will spread the word about our quoting
tool.
5. Do I have to use Health Plan One as my GA?
No, you do not have to use Health Plan One as your general agent if you use our quoting tool, but we
do hope you give us a chance to earn your business.
6. What is the difference between the custom branded and the
referral quote tool?
No, but we do have a few people on hand that we can refer you to that can help with the build
out.
